In the relationship between India and Japan, the Japan International Cooperation Agency, together with the Government of India, signed a grant agreement to launch “The Project for Human Resource Development Scholarship.” This is an initiative relevant to studying in Japan for Indian officials with a view to awarding 36 full scholarships to serving Indian government officials over the next four years.
